Itinerary

Day 01 :- Arrival / Bodh Gaya - Local Sightseeing of Lord Buddha Temple (Mahabodhi Temple) & Bodhi Tree

After arrival in Bodhgaya, Meet our driver Pick up and transfer to the hotel, check into the hotel , lunch, we will visit Lord Buddha Temple (Mahabodhi Temple) . Also, visit other Local Sightseeing of Bodhgaya like Bodhi Tree under which Lord Buddha got enlightenment and Buddhist Monasteries.

The Mahabodhi Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and world-famous Buddhist Pilgrimage place in India built adjacent to the site of enlightenment in the 6th century AD.

Drive back to Bodhgaya followed by dinner and overnight stay at hotel/Monasteries in Bodhgaya.

Day 02 :-Bodhgaya - Dungeshwari Cave Temples (12 KM, 05 Hrs) - Meditation Session in Buddhist Monasteries- Bodhgaya

Breakfast and leave for sightseeing, visit Dungeshwari Cave Temples also known as the Mahakala Caves. Lord Buddha underwent years of penance here before he descended to Bodhgaya. Also cover, Sujata Village Temple .

Thereby visit some of the Monasteries built by different nations for Half Day Meditation Session in any of these monasteries- Indosan Nipponji Temple / Thai Monastery / Tibetan Karma Temple / Namgyal Monastery / Chinese Burmese / Bhutanese / Vietnamese / Tamang / Daijokyo and Nepali Buddhist Monastery.

During the period of October to March, monks from Dharmshala descends to Bodhgaya for meditation in Buddhist Monasteries (because of the weather conditions)

Followed by Dinner and night stay at hotel/Monasteries Bodhgaya.

Day 03 :- Bodhgaya- Rajgir (70 KM, 30 Min) - “Nalanda (40 KM, 30 Min) - Nalanda University - Patna (80 KM 1.5 Hrs)

After breakfast check out and drive to Rajgir to visit the Ancient Capital of the Magadha Empire and is a pilgrimage for Buddhists. The Japanese Buddhist followers have built the massive Vishwa Shanti Stupa on the Ratnagiri Hill. The stupa has statues of Buddha at the four stages of his life - birth, enlightenment, teaching, and death. Griddhakuta (Vulture Peak) is another site where Lord Buddha stopped by to preach. Also, visit Venuvanaram and Bimbisar Prison.

Spend some time in a Local Buddhist monastery followed by Meditation

Lunch & drive to Nalanda to visit Nalanda University Archaeological Complex. After the walk around the ruins, visit the Xuan Zang Memorial Hall i.e.,  a Chinese Pagoda.

Continue drive to Patna (80km) . Check-in to the hotel. Stay at night at a hotel in Patna.

Day 04:-Patna - Vaishali (50 KM, 1 Hrs) + Local Sites - Kesaria Stupa (130 KM, 2.5 Hrs) -Kushinagar (250 KM, 5 Hrs)

Breakfast check out and drive to Kushinagar en-route visit Vaishali where Buddha gave his Last Sermon. Later, visit other Sightseeing of Vaishali like Ashokan Pillar, Ananda Stupa, Abhishek Pushkaran , Buddha Stupas, Kutagar Shala Vihara, and more.

Later drive to Kesaria to cover Biggest Ancient Buddhist Stupa-Kesaria Stupa.

Continue to drive to Kushinagar. Check-in to the hotel. Spend the evening time in Monastery in Kushinagar.

Have dinner and night stay at hotel/Monasteries in Kushinagar.

Day 05:- Kushinagar - Mahaparinirvana Temple-Rambhar Stupa-Varanasi (300 KM- 06Hrs)

After breakfast Check out & visit Mahaparinirvana Temple ( Place- Buddha took his last breath), the ruins of the Rambhar Stupa also called Mukutbandhan Mahachaitya ( Cremation site of Lord Buddha)here we see the beautiful statue with the pose of Reclining Buddha.

Later, drive to Varanasi check-in to hotel & overnight stay at hotel/Monasteries Varanasi.

Day 06 :-Varanasi -Morning Boat Ride-Sarnath (12 KM, 30 Min)- first sermon place of Lord Buddha- Evening Ganga Arti Ceremony

Enjoy the ambiance and bliss of spiritual morning & feel the peace of Banaras with sanctity followed by will enjoy Morning Boat Ride (ride on direct payment by client) in the Ganges during Sunrise. Experience the different Ghats of Varanasi. Each Ghat has its own history and value. Come back to the hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, we will be taken for an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples at deer park(Rishipattana) . Other Local Sightseeing of Sarnath is the Buddha Temples, Dhamekha Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Mulagandh Kuti Vihara, and the Archaeological Museum.

Enjoy evening Rituals at Sri Lankan Buddhist Temple in Sarnath.

Day 07 :- Varanasi - Drop to Airport /Railways station

After breakfast, check out and  drop to Lal Bahadur Shastri, Varanasi Airport / Varanasi Cantt. Railway Station to board the flight or train for onwards journey the sector with all the spiritual memories & belief in mind.
