Full job description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tour Package Sales staff from Delhi & NCR Locations to join our Tour and Travel Company in Delhi. An appropriate candidate will be responsible for promoting India & Nepal bound Tourism Packages to the Domestic and International Clients .The Staff has to fulfill the sales Target, generate new leads , building strong relationships with travel partners, and driving business growth. Candidates must have strong knowledge of key Indian travel destinations, pilgrimage circuits, luxury travel trends, cultural tourism, and experiential travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
> Promote India and Nepal travel packages across India to domestic & international markets
> Create customized itineraries & quotations as per client requirements
> Manage client communication via email, calls, and travel fairs/exhibitions
> Monitor market trends & competitor activities to suggest new travel products
Required Skills & Qualifications
> Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, or related field
> 02 years of experience in inbound tourism sales or travel agency sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
> Knowledge of Indian tourist destinations and travel circuits (cultural, pilgrimage, adventure, wildlife, luxury)
> Ability to handle Domestic & international clients
Preferred :Experience in promoting tours for regions like India, Nepal & Kailash Yatra
Language - Tamil, Telegu, Gujarati. Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali will be given preference.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 72 per week
Education:Bachelor's (Preferred) With Travel & Tourism Degree
Location:Mayur Vihar, Delhi, Delhi (Required)
Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person at Mayur Vihar Extension Office
