As we embark on this Yatra, we travel through beautiful Uttarakhand's remote and high-altitude regions, where this sector is only open for six months a year. Tips for Travellers for Planning their Tour

Cost Includes:     

•    Services by helicopter from the Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun to the Do Dham shrines and back.

•    Dinner and breakfast are included in your complimentary stay at Dehradun on your arrival date. The night of complimentary stay makes our Heli-Tour actually a 3N/4D tour.

•     2 Night Accommodation at Do Dham’s on twin sharing basis only with all meals.

•     Local Sight Seeing with our guides at both destinations.

•     VIP Darshans.

•      Shri Kedarnath ji helicopter shuttle services: Sersi – Kedar - Sersi.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES & POLICIES

•     Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter. We encourage using NTP TOURISM AFFAIRS LTD. bag.

•   Do Dham's temples are all situated at high altitudes. As a precaution, pilgrims should bring a small oxygen bottle with them. It can be purchased at pharmacies.

•   Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be deboarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.

•    In respect of covid-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments would have to be adhered by all the pilgrims for their own as well other safety & health.

•    At night, the temperature will drop to 10 degrees Celsius or less in these areas. Pilgrims should therefore bring woolen clothing.

•    Communication: although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL/JIO network service mobile is better in most of the places.

Terms & Conditions

•    In the helicopter, each person can only carry one bag that weighs no more than 5 kilograms.

•    NTP Tourism Affairs Limited travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.

•     Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket.

•      Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the Journey.

•      The journey will be carried out on the next available date in the event that the Do Dham Yatra is delayed by bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

•      Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.

•       In the event of adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control, the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary.

•       The Customer Has To Bear The Proportionate Tour Cost In Case Of Extended Stay Or Travelling Due To Any Unforeseen Reason.

•      The Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Change in the Itinerary Due To Natural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons.

PAYMENT TERM

The reservation must be made in advance and requires a 50% deposit. The balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before you arrive in Dehradun.

REFUND POLICY

If passengers wish to cancel their booking, following refund Policy shall be applicable –

•   If cancelled more than 30th days before the departure date — 50% of total tour cost.

•   If cancelled between 30th to 20th days before departure date — 30% of total tour cost.

• If cancelled up to 20th day before the departure date — No Refund

The laws of the Delhi Jurisdiction will apply to any and all disputes regarding the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or any of its terms and conditions.

Meet and Greet For Do Dham Yatra Charter Services : Our primary base for the heli-tours is Dehradun. It is where the Do Dham Yatra begins and ends.

 Day 01: Dehradun

Arrival Pick up Check inn Dinner in Dehradun

Day 02: Visit Kedarnath

Checkout and drop at the Sahastradhara Helipad, we fly to Sersi Helipad then again fly to Kedarnath from same Helipad. The temple is roughly 500 meters away from the helipad, approximately 15 minutes to arrive. The Pandit Ji will accompany the group and lead us to the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. The group will return to the Sersi helipad following darshan and Poojan. We will have lunch and spend the night at Guptkashi, which is on the Mandakini River banks.

Day 03: Visit Badrinath

The group is headed towards the Helipad at Sersi Helipad. We go to Badrinath from the helipad. The group will check into the hotel when they arrive at the Badrinath Helipad. We will take a sightseeing trip to Mana village, which is the final border between India and China. At the evening, Passengers will attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath temple & then dinner andovernight stay at Badrinath.

Day 04: Departure

After breakfast, as we return to Dehradun, take in the stunning panorama of the region, particularly the picturesque view of the confluences, which will delight nature enthusiasts. We will fly over five confluences, including Vishu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag, and Dev Prayag, which are beautiful valleys surrounded by thick forest. We will return and drop off at the helipad.
