The Ayurveda and Holistic package tour is planned in a way where we discover the power of Ayurveda in one of the few places in the world, most importantly, it is still practiced with absolute authenticity and dedication. During this tour also enjoy the authenticity of the beautiful sight of the majestic temples, backwaters , mesmerizing beaches, scenic surroundings and the stay of the floating villas- houseboat.

Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Cochin
After reaching the Cochin airport, meet our representative and transfer to the hotels. Check-in at the hotel and relax . Later in the evening take a leisurely walk to witness the spectacular sight of Chinese Fishing nets being lowered at the Vasco-da-Gama square. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Cochin -sightseeing
Breakfast, at the hotel and leave for the sightseeing tour of Cochin. The major tourist attractions of Cochin include St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Hill Palace and Kochi Fort. After lunch, proceed to visit the Spice market of Cochin. Later in the evening enjoy the boat cruise in the beautiful port city of Cochin. After the boat cruise, enjoy a sumptuous dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Cochin - Alleppey - Houseboat
Breakfast checkout and drive to Alleppy (03 hrs) Arrival & board a houseboat to cruise to Alleppey – the Venice of the East. It is a popular tourist destination for its picturesque canals, backwaters and lagoons. As you reach Alleppey, check-in at the houseboat. Enjoy cruising to the remote tribal villages along the tranquil backwaters of Kerala for an excellent experience. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the houseboat.
Day 4: Houseboat - Kumarakom
After breakfast, the houseboat traverses through narrow channels and canals and reaches Coconut Lagoon in Kumarakom. The Coconut Lagoon is one amongst the top 10 heritage resorts of the world. Since the resort is located on a small island it can only be reached by boat. After you arrive at the resort, get accommodated in the traditional Kerala style hotel. Rest and relax for the day in the hotel room. In the evening, you have the option for an optional leisure walk (own ways of walking around) to explore the nearby area of Kumarakom. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Kumarakom Sightseeing or Ayurvedic treatment
Today the day is free for independent activities. You may choose to stay at the calm surroundings and enjoy the ayurvedic body massage at the resort or have the option of exploring the surrounding tribal villages, visit the nearby water bird sanctuary or ride through the narrow backwater channels back to give a feeling of beyond Kerala. Retire for the night at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Kumarakom to Purnagram - The Holistic Health Village(Ashram stay)
Post breakfast drive straight to Purunagram, Holistic Village. On reaching Purnagram, check-in to a River Facing Cottage. The Purnagram Holistic Health Village is situated on the banks of the sacred river Purna. Enjoy your stay in the Ashram atmosphere, enhanced by a natural healing environment. During the stay at Purnagram indulge in the traditional Ayurveda and Yoga therapies that are offered. Stay the night at the resort.
Day 7 - 11 Purnagram - The Holistic Health Village for an Ayurveda treatment
Next morning post breakfast; spend the day leisure while enjoying various Ayurvedic treatments. Also practice meditation and yoga in the calm surroundings of this holistic health village. Early dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Purnagram Cochin
In the morning after breakfast, transfer to Cochin airport to board a flight for onward destination.
