From Guptkashi / Sersi, we have to fly to Kedarnath Ji Temple via Shuttle Helicopter, Shuttle Helicopter Tickets will be provided for Kedarnath Ji, after reaching Kedarnath Ji Helipad, which is just 500 meters away from the temple, our Ground staff will take you to the temple and arrange your Darshan. After Darshan return to Kedarnath Ji helipad and then transfer back to Guptkashi / Sersi via shuttle Helicopter.
After reaching Guptkashi / Sersi proceed for Badrinath Ji by Helicopter, after arrival at Badrinath Ji helipad, our ground staff will take the Yatris’ to the temple and assist them in doing their Darshan at the temple. After Darshan at Badrinath Ji, come back to helipad and fly back to Dehradun.
This is the end of DoDham Yatra with sweet and religious memories which will remain in your heart and make your soul ‘SACRED’ forever.
Note:- Exact Schedule of flying will be advised before a day of departure every day by our ground staff. Above mentioned schedule is tentative and just for understanding the operational system & timing. Program can be changed at any moment without prior notice due to any operational or weather changes or technical issue.
>> For this Yatra we use B3 and Bell 407 helicopters and they can fly with a seating capacity of 06 passenger and a carrying capacity of 435 - 450Kg weight of passengers and 25-30kg weight of their luggage.
>> There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. So only small size bags having 5 kg / lesser luggage per passenger will be permitted.
>> Total passenger weight should not exceed 435kg to 450kg per helicopter, however heavy weight passengers are adjusted with reducing their luggage weight or our ground staff manage their weight by many other ways, this information will be given to Yatris’ at the time of flying, so Yatris’ are requested to cooperate and follow the Ground staff instructions.
>> Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
>> At the time of flying, operator will check per person body weight and if it exceeds from the Helicopter flying limit, then client may have to pay extra weight charges i.e. up to Rs2000/kg (cost depends on the circumstance at the time of flying).
>> After Paying for extra weight does not mean that Helicopter will fly with unlimited weight, then also our team and Helicopter can manage 05-10kg extra only or we have to manage their weight by reducing their luggage weight, reducing fuel in the Helicopter or sending their luggage by other mode of transport.
Yatri’s are advised to give accurate weight at the time of booking; failure to do so may lead to deny boarding.

Note: - 10 % of Service charge will be charged in case of cancellation due to any reason like Natural calamity, Government Lockdown, Bad weather, or any other unforeseen reason within 30 Days of the journey date.
>> Passengers should carry a very small handbag to carry their Mobile, Charger, Medicines, and other personal belongings.
>> All temples in CharDham Yatra are located on high altitude areas. Passengers having Asthma problems should not undertake this yatra and they should be medically and physically fit.
>> Passengers are advised to carry Woollen cloths, especially carry Thermal wears because they are very light in weight and does not exceed your luggage weight.
>> Passengers should carry light weight Rain Coat, Sport shoes, personal medicines, and small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution.
>> Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high-altitude sector.
>> Any change in fuel price / Govt Taxes may lead to increase the cost of package and it should be borne by Yatri and will be collected on spot directly from Yatri.
>> NTP Chardham Heli Yatra is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
>> Violation of company’s policy or misbehave with any of the company’s staff will lead to cancelation of the package with no refund.
>> Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.
>> There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
>> The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 30 days prior to date of journey.
>> In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
>> Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost of the total package. This will be permitted only if applied 15days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested within 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
>> The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board
BAD WEATHER SITUATION
>> If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on arrival day or any Dham then we will try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation then we will refund proportionate amount of money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do any dham then we will refund the amount acc. to flying time and unutilized service.
>> In case if bad weather occurs after flying from Dehradun and guest have to come back to the origin helipad then we will try to do yatra after clearance from ATC on same day or next day but in that case charges for extra flying hours / hotel accommodation will be paid directly to the Helicopter Company and charged from Client on the spot.
10% service charge will be applicable in Case of cancellation of full trip due to BAD
