Terms & Conditions & Cancellation:
- 50% payment to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & balance to be paid 15 days before tour starts.
- Overland Escape holds no responsibility for road blocks or flight cancelled or any unforeseen situation happen on tour.
- Child between 5 – 8 yrs will be considered under without bed charges (no bed / extra mattress will be provided) and child above 8 yrs will be considered as extra bed (extra mattress will be provided)
- 25% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the tour departure date.
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 20 days before the tour departure date.
- 75% cancellation charges if cancelled 15 days before the tour departure date.
- No cancellation refund if cancelled between 15 days to departure date.
- No refund for after start or middle of the tour.
- Flight Ticket Cancellation as per Airlines Terms and Condition.
Innerline Permit
- Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake and Nubra.
- Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (passport, driving license or Election ID).
- The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.
- The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorised to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can get permit issued from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi through respective Embassies.
Day 01: Delhi to Leh Airport Pickup (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx )
Arrive at Leh airport from Delhi, meet and greet by our representative and transfer to your reserved accommodation. Check in to the hotel and get proper rest to acclimatize. Later, in the evening visit the Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Evening traditional Ladakhi Cultural Program. Overnight in Leh.
Day 02: Leh – Sham valley (170 Kms | 5-6 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive to Lamayuru on the way visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Sangam (confluence of Zanskar & Indus river) and Liker Monastery. Lunch en route, post lunch drive to visit the mesmerizing moon like landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery Overland night in Sham
Day 03: Sham – Leh (70 Kms | 3-4 hrs approx)
After the Breakfast drive to Leh en route visit Alchi monastery and Hall of Fame. Arrive at Leh by afternoon. Overnight in Leh
Day 04: Leh – Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)
After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft). You can take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. On arrival check in to the hotel/camp. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which are found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. Overnight in Nubra Valley
Day 05: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok river road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx)
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. Overnight in Pangong Lake.
Day 06: Pangong Lake – Leh (140 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)
Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, en route visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Overnight in Leh.
Day 07: Leh Local
After Breakfast drive for full day picnic and Archery competition at Indus River Bank. Evening free to explore Leh Market and shopping. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 08: Leh Airport Drop to Delhi (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx)
Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.
