The Corona virus (Covid-19) is known to spread very easily from person-to-person by droplets from sneezing and coughing. For your own health and safety, please take note of the following important advises:
- wash your hands frequently with water and soap
- do not touch your face
- avoid shaking hands, hugging or kissing
- avoid going to crowded places
- keep a distance of one and half meters from other others.

Up to this date, Nepal has, thanks to closing its borders in a very early stage, just one confirmed case of the virus but also under control and monitoring by the authorities
