Panchakarma Retreats are set of five therapeutic treatments administered to the patient for the complete detoxification of the body. According to Ayurveda, the detoxification of the body is essential before undergoing any other major treatment. Even for healthy people, it is recommended to undergo this treatment once every five years to rid the body of all the impurities and chemical toxins it accumulates over the years. In some cases, Panchakarma retreat alone can cure many chronic diseases that will not require any further treatments afterwards.

Day 01: Cochin

Arrive at Cochin International Airport / Railway Station where our representative meets you and transfer you to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Kochi - Kumarakom [80 kms]

After breakfast drive to Kumarakom. On arrival check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03: Kumarakom

Today spend the day for Panchakarma Program.

Panchakarma - These are the body purificatory procedures which are mentioned in Ayurveda to purify our body. According to Ayurveda the human body is prone to get accumulate the toxins in the body due to improper food habits, life style, which in long term leads to various diseases. By having the purification of the body on regular basis we will be healthy. This program includes treatments using medicated herbal oils and also Vastis (medicated enemas which will help in removing the toxins away from the body), which revitalizes and detoxifies your body. The major benefits of this treatment is to prolong life span, strengthen sense organs, improve memory, obtain perfect health, youthfulness and increase physical endurance.
