Itinerary

Day 1: Kolkata Arrival

On arrival in Kolkata, meet with our representative who will be there to greet you and take you to your pre-booked hotel in Kolkata. Check in at the hotel to rest and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 2: Kolkata City Tour

Today in the morning, we will proceed for the city tour of Kolkata in order to explore the rich colonial heritage of the city. We will be visiting the Victoria Memorial and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Later return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Kolkata Heritage Tour

The day is fixed to undertake a heritage tour in the Kolkata city. We will visit the Ramakrishna Math, from where Ramakrishna’s famous disciple Vivekananda spread his message of Vedanta across the globe in the morning. Further, we will visit the Kalighat, the main shrine of Kali and close by the hospice of Mother Teresa. An overnight stay at the hotel in Kolkata.

Day 4: Kolkata – Bhubaneswar

Today we will fly to Bhubaneswar. On arrival in Bhubaneswar, check in at the hotel to relax and enjoy a night stay.

Day 5: Bhubaneswar Temple And Cave Tour

In the morning after breakfast, we will leave for a full day excursion tour to visit some of the Holy city’s 500 temples, many dating from the 7th C. Also, we will see the much older Jain and Buddhist Caves of Khandagir. The hills are literally filled with caves excavated by religious ascetics over the generations. Later, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Konarak Puri Tour

After breakfast in the morning, we will drive to Orissa’s most famous temple, the 13th C. Sun Temple on the coast at Konarak, with its erotic and spiritual sculptures. Later, we will drive to Puri. An overnight stay at the hotel in Puri.

Day 7: Puri Jagannath Temple Tour

Today, we will visit the magnificent Jagannath Temple. The temple is famous for its annual Rath Yatra or Chariot festival when the three main temple deities are hauled on huge embellished chariots thought the crowded streets of devotees. After exploring the temple, return back to the hotel for a night stay.

Day 8: Puri Exploration

In the morning after breakfast, we will leave for a city tour to explore Puri with its bazaars, sculpture workshops and beach, which is considered as one of the best in India. Enjoy a night stay at your hotel in Puri.

Day 9: Puri – Gopalpur

Today, we will drive to Gopalpur in the morning. On arrival in Gopalpur, check in at your pre booked beach resort to relax and enjoy a night stay.

Day 10: Gopalpur

The day is free for leisure. You can enjoy your free time may be on the popular beach or simply relaxing in the delightful hotel grounds.

Day 11: Gopalpur – Bhubaneswar

Morning time is free for relaxation followed by an afternoon drive to Bhubaneswar. On arrival in Bhubaneswar, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 12: Bhubaneswar- Kolkata

Today, early in the morning we will take flight to Kolkata. On arrival in Kolkata, check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel.

Dy 13: International Departure

Early in the morning, we will transfer to the airport to catch the flight for international departure.
